We offer continuing mentorship opportunities to help educators refine their leadership skills, with a focus on developing the capacity for educators to lead sustainable, long-term outdoor education programs within their own communities. Mentorship includes ongoing professional development, peer networking, and opportunities for collaboration with experienced outdoor leaders. We also offer co-led adventures with trained educators as part of our comprehensive mentorship approach. This hands-on support allows new leaders to practice their skills while benefiting from the guidance of experienced staff. Our goal is to transition these educators into leading their own trips independently, with ongoing support from the network.
